Maison Aurum

1. General Return Policy
At Maison Aurum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item.

2. Return Conditions
2.1. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
2.2. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
2.3. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hello@maisonaurum.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and confirm eligibility.

  3. Send the item back to the following address:

  4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Process
4.1. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
4.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

5. Return Shipping Costs
5.1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
5.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Maison Aurum is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Exchanges

6.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
7.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@maisonaurum.store with photos of the issue.
7.2. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
